At Shop Chunks, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.
Drop Off the Shipment
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
